Delivery Times

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for an additional CHF 25 within Switzerland and varies by destination for international orders. Express options will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• All tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Personalized or made-to-order items are final sale

How to Return

1. Log into your account and go to Order History
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
3. Print the prepaid return label
4. Pack items securely in original packaging
5. Drop off at the nearest courier location

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing of your exchange.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
